By accessing or using Sovern ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sovern is a work intelligence platform that provides tools for organizing, communicating, and managing workflows. The Service may include features such as pages, documents, programs, reports, messaging, and integrations with third-party services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Data Sovereignty
Sovern is designed with data sovereignty in mind. Your data is stored and processed in accordance with the infrastructure configuration you choose. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sovern, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
